These performances will present the Colorado premiere of the cantata Oceana by the Argentine composer Osvaldo Golijov, based on the poetry of Pablo Neruda. St. Martin's expands to 30 singers for this performance of some of history's most exciting works for Double Choir. From Gabrielli's antiphonal motets to the rich Romantic sounds of Felix Mendelssohn's motets, St. Martin's will take the listener on a rich tour of lavish choral sound.
